Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• Original tags and packaging must be included.

• Item must be in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

• Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
